Enterprise that Dao Capital sponsored is selected for Key Construction projects
Liantangzhai Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. (SEE:100739) sponsored by Dao Capital was selected as “2017 Zhengzhou Key Project”. According to the Zhengzhou Municipal Government's “Key Project for Zhengzhou City in 2017” (“Notice”) in 2017, Zhengzhou City issued 311 key projects (258 as whole) with a total investment of RMB 963.989 billion.
The above key projects comprises of 12 major categories: Industrial (55), High-tech (14), Service (52), Agricultural (4), Railway (7), Highway (7), Aviation (1), Power Supply (2), Power Grid (7), Urbanization (17), Environmental (17), Livelihood and Social Program (65).
Among them, Liantangzhai Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. is one of the four agricultural projects, and it is the only project integrating farmland and sightseeing tourism.
As Company’s further developed project, Liantangzhai eco-agricultural park is located in Xinmi City, Henan Province, with an estimated total investment of 420 million RMB. The project plans for seven theme parks, namely Agricultural Science and Technology R&D Park, Plantation Park, Wholesale Logistics Park, Further Processing Park, E-commerce Park, Leisure and Sightseeing Park for seniors; Catering and Accommodation Park. The goal is to build large-scale agriculture service brand with agricultural leisure tourism by providing all in one services includes fruit and vegetable sales, catering, picking, leisure tourism etc.
